    Description

Elvis Presley’s Texaco credit card receipt LOT of 15
I have purchased Elvis Presley’s personal Texaco Credit Card at the recent auction conducted by Guernsey’s in conjunction with Elvis Presley Enterprises.
I found a color photograph of Elvis in front of a Texaco Gas station taken during filming of “Live A Little, Love A Little” in Los Angeles in 1968.
Actual Texaco charge slips from the early 1960’s were discovered and imprinted using an actual Texaco imprinter that was used during the time Elvis’ credit card was issued to him back in 1964.
What you are bidding on is an imprint from Elvis’ personal Texaco credit card on an actual charge slip and imprinted by the same type of imprinter that Elvis would have encountered during those cross-country trips he was so famous for taking between Los Angles and Memphis during his movie years. Copy of a photo of Elvis in front of a Texaco gas station.
The receipt is imprinted January 8
    th
    , 1964 (January 8
    th
being Elvis’ birthday and 1964 the year the card was issued to Elvis).
The total dollar amount is also included.
This credit card is a rarity due to the fact that the address is listed as Graceland, US Highway 51, Memphis Tenn.
