This is the first ever Press Release that was created during the first month of the brief partnership between Bob Neal, Elvis' first manager and Col. Parker to 'promote the good looking youngster who combines country music with bop in the fastest selling style available', for upcoming venues. The one page document is 4 paragraphs long and is printed on Colonel Parker's Jamboree Attractions, Inc. letterhead. It announces the 20 year old fireball from the Louisiana Hayride is coming to your town and goes on to talk about Scotty and Bill and the hits that Elvis has had with Sun in the last couple months. The Press Release dates to February of 55 making it one of the few pieces in existence tying Presley with Bob Neal as well as the burgeoning Col. Parker.  Obtained from well-known Elvis collector, Chris Davidson.
